General Terms of Use for UGC Creators on the App

This contract establishes the general terms and conditions of use of the platform for Content Creators (hereinafter, "UGC Creators"), who will participate in the creation of UGC content for collaborating brands (hereinafter, "Brands").

1. Purpose of the Contract

This contract governs the relationship between the platform (hereinafter, "the App") and the UGC Creator, establishing the rules of use and the conditions for participation in UGC content projects.

The UGC Creator may access collaboration offers with Brands through the App, accepting the terms of each project independently through specific contracts with the Brands.

2. Rules of Use

• The UGC Creator may not display their surname visibly anywhere on the platform. If this occurs, their account may be denied.
• The App acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for agreements between UGC Creators and Brands.
• Any attempt at fraud, failure to meet deadlines, or violation of the platform rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account.
• The UGC Creator accepts that their profile, including username, profile photo, and published content, may be sent or shared with Brands and potential external collaborators of the App. The App is not responsible for the use of this information by third parties, but guarantees that it will be done for purposes related to collaboration and promotion of projects.

3. Tax Obligations

The UGC Creator is responsible for complying with the tax obligations in force in their country, including:

• Registration with the tax authority and issuance of invoices.
• Declaration of income in accordance with applicable regulations.

The App is not responsible for the tax management of the UGC Creator.

4. Confidentiality

All information provided within the App is confidential. The UGC Creator may not disclose information about the Brands or share project details without express authorization.

5. Sanctions and Penalties

Under no circumstances will the UGC Creator be required to make payments, but if videos are not delivered within the agreed deadline, financial penalties will be applied on the amount of the agreed remuneration for the project affected by said delay.

Repeated failure to meet deadlines may lead to the suspension of the account.

6. Account Cancellation

If the UGC Creator decides to cancel their account, they will lose access to projects. However, the App will retain the rights to use the UGC content previously created under the terms agreed with the Brands.

7. Acceptance of Conditions

By registering on the App and checking the corresponding box, the UGC Creator declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, committing to comply with all obligations described herein.
